About the Role
This is not a typical maintenance job. Half your time is in the field — performing repairs, walking turnovers, and making sure properties are rent-ready. The other half is coordination — scheduling, dispatching, managing subcontractors, organizing receipts, and keeping work orders moving. You'll wear multiple hats and own the results.
